History
Established in 2008.
Established in 2008. Sam's career in real estate had a serendipitous beginning in 2008 (Bay Market after the peak). A chance meeting with an student in my economy class taught by Professor Tony Lima, Cal State. A friend who was in the real estate industry was talking about the down turn and fellow realtors leaving the industry. During the same week in my neighborhood two houses were sold with one open house of 3 hours and getting multiple offers. I sensed a opportunity from investor prospective, leading me to job interview with a local top producing agent. The interview translated into a position that taught Sam Malkani the ins and outs of prospecting, marketing and negotiating. It was a fantastic experience that enabled Sam to personally manage (Buyers Agent) with a team that sold over 500 bank owned Properties in Silicon Valley, and gain quite the real estate education in the process! Sam earned his real estate license in 2008, closed his first escrow in January 2009

Sam Malkani knows the East Bay area better than most! A resident of Fremont, Newark, Hayward & San Jose since 1994, he brings a unique and in-depth understanding to the local real estate market.
After obtaining degree Business in Administration, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. and being a entrepreneur since 1985 Sam decided to pursue his deep seeded interest in real estate. He began selling homes full time in 2008, and continues to do so today.
